How to return an item
Email us at borellesoporte@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how to proceed.
Conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with its packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund you within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.
